OBJECTIVE: To design and supply a brand-new professional kitchen and an attached bar for Ristorante Alimenta, maximizing the use of available space and supporting efficient service for breakfasts, brunches, and full meals.

REQUIREMENTS:

To achieve the set objective, several needs had to be met:

  • Optimize a kitchen area of just 20 sqm to ensure full functionality and operational efficiency.

  • Create a multifunctional bar for breakfast and brunch service, which also supports kitchen operations.

  • Ensure smooth and separate workflows between kitchen staff and waitstaff.

  • Equip the premises with new electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems suited to the new equipment.

Solution:

To meet the restaurant’s needs, the project included:

  • Design of the layout for furniture and equipment to maximize space, with functional zones for the preparation of starters, first courses, and main courses.
  • Construction of the bar as a dedicated station for breakfast and brunch preparation, also equipped with a glasswasher and beverage station.
  • Complete installation of professional furniture and equipment to support the preparation of a full menu.
  • Technical supervision with dedicated electrical and plumbing connections and installation of a ventilation system suitable for the kitchen environment.
